Flexible Memberships

Coworking space memberships are month-to-month and you can choose between business-hours access or 24-hour access to the space. Scale up or down any time.

Discounted Meeting Areas

All tiers receive HALF-OFF our Day Office rates and 25% off Flex Room rates. COWORK+ and PRO plans also receive 4 Day Office hours each month.

High-Speed Internet

Your membership includes access to our secure, high-speed WiFi throughout the building and Ethernet ports available at some workstations.

Complimentary Refreshments

Help yourself to some self-serve coffee, tea, or free bottled water in the break room, conveniently located in the center of the building.

Frequently asked questions

How many coworkers is a membership good for?

A single Cowork membership is valid for one individual. If you have a team you meet with regularly, you may use our conference room at the member rate or use our “Bring a Friend” rate ($17.50/person) for any guests you have each day.

Are there any “hidden” fees I should be aware of?

No hidden fees! We charge a one-time, non-refundable member setup fee of $15, and one month’s fee at a time. No deposit (except for Cowork Pro plans).

Can I bring my own furniture and equipment?

Our shared workspace is fully furnished – no need to bring your own furniture. We also provide surge protectors/power strips at some stations. All you need is yourself, your computer, and any cables you require. (Ethernet hookups are available, but cables may not be provided.)

What happens if I want to change plans?

No problem! Just let us know at least 1-2 weeks in advance and we will schedule a plan change for you. If you are changing plan types (i.e. from Cowork to Virtual or Cowork to Dedicated), then you will need to fill out a new application as well.

Do I have 24-hour access?

Only our Cowork+ and Cowork Pro plans include 24-hour access. Our Cowork plan is office hours (M-F 9am-5pm) only.

Can I use this as my mailing/business address for my business?

If you need a business address and would also like to utilize the workspace on a regular basis, you must sign up for the Cowork Pro plan. You will not be assigned an office suite number otherwise and may not use our address to receive mail or obtain a Google My Business listing.
