Come and go as you please, with a key to the building, as well as access to our smart entry system and coded entry on your own private office.

Directory Listing

Private office members receive visibility in our lobby directory. Your business can also be listed in our website directory (coming soon) for free!

High-Speed Internet

Your membership includes access to our secure, high-speed WiFi throughout the building and Ethernet ports are also available.

Full Kitchen Access

Enjoy access to our full kitchen, where a full-size fridge, microwave, free bottled water, and self-serve coffee and tea are available daily!

Flex Room Time

Your membership allows 2 hours of Flex Room usage every month, free of charge. Need more hours? All members receive discounted rates.

Additional Services

We offer free document faxing/scanning, and print/copy services are available for an additional fee. Need live call answering service? Ask about our third-party partner.

Frequently asked questions

The capacity of each office may be restricted to a certain number of desks in accordance with the fire marshal’s code, but you may have as many clients, guests, or employees as you can comfortably fit within your office. Any extra building keys or key tag fobs needed would require an additional one-time fee. Each office may only be attached to a single membership.

All fees are discussed when you sign up and are clearly listed on your first invoice. We charge a one-time, non-refundable member setup fee of $15, and then one month’s fee at a time. Your first invoice will also include a refundable service retainer deposit based on the size of your office and a refundable deposit for your issued building key.

All the perks listed above in the “What You Get” section, PLUS it’s fully furnished!

Yes! However, both of our offices are currently furnished with chairs for you and 2 clients and a spacious desk, as well as a few other amenities. If you would like to switch out any of the furniture for your own, we would be more than happy to help you do that.

*Note: any borrowed furniture heavily damaged while in your possession may result in a deduction from your service retainer at the end of your term.

We currently offer a 5% discount for 6-month contracts* and a 10% discount for 12-month contracts*.

Complete our Dedicated Office application and we’ll get you set up in our member portal to view your plan details and benefits and make payments.​
Move in
You can start moving in as early as the start date listed on your application and once your membership is active.​
