Frequently asked questions
As stated in our Member Service Agreement, you are allowed one (1) business PER suite number. If you have multiple businesses that need suite numbers, you we offer a discounted rate for “add-on” businesses. Each business will need a separate application and PS 1583 form.
All fees are discussed when you sign up and are clearly listed on your first invoice. We charge a one-time, non-refundable member setup fee of $15, and then one month’s/year’s fee at a time. Your first invoice will also include a refundable service retainer deposit of $50 if on the month-to-month plan.
All the perks listed above in the “What You Get” section.
Yes. If you register your business anywhere using this address (including Google My Business), you will need to have a PS 1583 form on file.
We require 30 days notice to cancel. You may either do so online or email us stating that you would like to cancel. Unless you provide a date further out than 30 days, the date stamp on your email will serve as the start of your “notice” period. If your cancellation date spans into another billing period, you will be charged a prorated amount, which you may use your retainer to cover.
Please note that we are not responsible for change of address requests with the post office. We will simply notify them that you no longer receive mail here and they may halt delivery of your mail to our address.
Typically, yes. If you are a “Service-area” (visit/deliver to customers directly) or “Hybrid” (receive customers at physical address and visit/deliver to customers directly) business, it should be fairly simple to obtain a GMB listing. Learn more here.
Here are a few guidelines/tips to follow when setting up your GMB profile to ensure the best chance of getting verified with Google:
- Even if you are open 24/7 (as a service-area/hybrid business), if you use your VO address, you may only list your hours to reflect ours (9am-5pm), as your address (our building) is not staffed outside of those hours.
- We provide signage for your business in our lobby directory (which you are welcome to take pictures of for Google verification) and are happy to create temporary signage for your business on one of our day offices for further verification requests if necessary.

Instructions
Note: Your application will not be considered complete and your suite number will not be assigned until we have a completed and signed/notarized PS Form 1583, which may be mailed in (notarized) with copies of 2 forms of ID or delivered/filled out in person at our office.
Instructions
Since we are required by law to collect this form as a Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA), your Virtual Office Application will not be considered complete without it, whether or not you intend to receive mail at our address. For help filling out the form, view the ‘Post Office Form Help.’
